Android 13 New Update is released in Redmi Note 12 Pro / Pro Plus!

Redmi Note 12 Pro / Pro+ had received MIUI 14 with Android 13 in MIUI 14.0.1.0.TMOCNXM build. Now this device has started receiving Android 13 new update with a bug fixes. 

MIUI 14.0.2.0.TMOCNXM stable build started rolling out which is based on Android 13, so lets check full details of the update.

➤ MIUI 14.0.2.0.TMOCNXM NEW UPDATE

Redmi Note 12 Pro / Pro+ has started receiving Android 13 new update in MIUI 14.0.2.0.TMOCNXM build in 209MB update size which is a normal size update. MIUI 14 V14.0.1.0.TMOCNXM build was suspended due to bugs and issues. 

As you can see above, update size is 209MB from previous build and it comes with June 2023 Security patch. This update is rolling out to Beta Testers for now, and within a week it will be released to Public users.

Within a week, it will be released to Public users if there will be no bugs and issues in the update like MIUI 14 V14.0.1.0.TMOCNXM had bugs and issues. 

➤ MIUI 14.0.1.0.TMOCNXM ANDROID 13 UPGRADE

Redmi Note 12 Pro / Pro+ has received MIUI 14.0.1.0.TMOCNXM stable update which is released to Beta Testers for now. MIUI 14.0.4.0.SMOCNXM was latest update but now MIUI 14 version decreased due to major Android Upgrade. 

Android 13 stable update comes in 5.0GB which is very big update size, and users were not expecting this size for Android 13. This update comes with latest security patch which is a good news for the Redmi Note 12 Pro / Pro+ users.

System: The MIUI stable version based on Android 13 deep customization is released, and the Google security patch (2023#06) is updated to improve system security

Important Hint: This update is an Android cross-version upgrade. In order to reduce the risk of the upgrade, it is recommended to back up personal data in advance. The startup and loading time of this update is relatively long, and there may be performance and power consumption problems such as slight heat and micro card within a short time after startup, please wait patiently. Some third-party applications will affect normal use because they have not been version-adapted. Please upgrade carefully.
