Redmi Note 11S MIUI 14 new build is released in 120MB size which is a normal sized update. It comes as a bug fixes from MIUI 14.0.1.0.TKEINXM update. It has some new changes like new power menu, latest security patch and more.

This update has June 2023 Security Patch which is a latest patch for this model. It is rolling out to Beta Testers only for now and later it will be released to all users which is a good news for the users. Now, lets see some new changes of this update.
New Power Menu & New Memory Extension (Upto 6GB) is released in new update, if you have not received this update so wait for public release. After public release you will get this update.
This update is released for Beta Testers only, and Recovery ROM & OTA ROM is released but you can update via Recovery ROM after public release which will be done within a week.
➤ MIUI 14.0.1.0.TKEINXM STABLE UPDATE
Redmi Note 11S and Poco M4 Pro 4G started receiving MIUI 14 India stable update with Android 13 in MIUI 14.0.1.0.TKEINXM build. It is released to Beta Testers only for now in 3.3GB. It comes with updated security patch.

This update changelog is also small, according to changelog it has some changes in Settings app and its security patch of May 2023 which is an updated security patch.
MIUI 14.0.1.0.TKEINXM stable update comes with Large Folders, New Memory Extension and New Split Screen. There are some other extra changes like Mi Messaging which comes with Android 13 upgrade.
