Xiaomi Pad 5 started receiving MIUI 14.0.3.0.TKXINXM new update with April Security patch in India. Update size is 145MB from MIUI 14.0.1.0.TKXINXM which is a small sized update. 

Update size is 145MB and it shows this update has only April 2023 Security patch, all other things are the same as MIUI 14.0.1.0.TKXINXM.
